Setting trade credit
- Select contacts from the menu.
- Click on the given organization.
- Switch to the BASIC tab.
- In section Payments click on the pencil icon and fill in the amount of trade credit.
- Click the save button.
Principles of operation:
- Checking for client's documents only if status other than draft and cancelled.
- Limit is:
a) sum of total net from transport documents (without invoices)
b) if document contain invoices system get higher net value (transport or invoice)
c) sum of unpaid incomes
To activate checking trade credit in system go to settings>system from the menu.
Click the checkbox 'trade credit active' and save.
To set default value of trade credit for new organizations fill in a field 'trade credit' and save.
