How is the subscription fee calculated?
The subscription fee is calculated on the basis of the system module in which the largest number of documents will be added in a given month.
For Example. If you issue 80 transport orders and 30 invoices in a month, only 80 documents will be counted. It means that you'll be subscribed with a limit of 100 documents.
Do I have to install any software?
You only need a browser and internet access to use the system. The whole system works in the cloud.
How much will I pay if I don't issue any documents?
In this case, a minimum fee will be charged.
What is OCR and what is it used for?
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) module allows user to automatically add scanned or electronic documents to transport orders. The system recognises document, creates appropriate record in CargoLink, including amounts, taxes, etc. and links scan to document.
These can be e.g. expense documents - on their basis, the margin is calculated.
What is the cost for the OCR add-on?
The basic price is 0.25€ per page and depending on the package of documents there is a discount awarded from 0 to 20.6%.
Do I need a credit card?
No, you do not. You can pay for CargoLink by bank transfer or credit card.
