Settings notifications for vehicle insurance
- Select from the menu settings > notifications > tab FLEET.
- In the account field, select the mail account you want to send notifications from.

- In the notifications when number of days field, specify how many days before or after the due date the notification should be sent, e.g.
- 2 days before the insurance deadline > in the field the value should be -2
- on the insurance deadline > in the field the value should be 0
- 2 days after the insurance deadline > in the field the value should be 2
- In the signature field, add the content to be used as the signature on the notification, e.g.
- Adam Smith
- Company ABC
- A preview of the example notification email content is visible after clicking PREVIEW EXAMPLE EMAIL.
- Click save button.
The "notifications" module enables automatic sending of e-mail notifications about the approaching expiry date of vehicle insurance or its expiration.
Notifications are sent to the contractors to whom the vehicle is assigned to the email address visible in the edit > "email" field.
The system automatically verifies all added insurance in the fleet module every morning. If the number of days condition is met, a notification is sent to the e-mail address in point 2.
