Adding insurances

1. Select contacts from the menu.
2. Click on the given organization.
3. Switch to the INSURANCES tab.
4. Click on the + icon and fill the form.
5. Click the save button.

Principles of operation:

1. Checking only if status is changed from draft to any else (except canceled).

2. Checking conditions of insurance:
   a) kind:

   • road carrier - required for 'road freight order to' documents
   • road forwarder - required for 'road forwarding order to' documents

   b) expiration date - comparing with dates from actions (loading and unloading)
   c) type:

   • domestic – actions only in contractor's country
   • international - actions in at least two different countries (contractor’s country can be one of it)
   • cabotage - actions only in one country different than contractor's country
