We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who:
- does not accept the word “impossible” and thinks it is a challenge whenever faces with a problem
- has the makings of a specialist in Customer Support (experience in Sales or Marketing is an asset but not a must)
- has effective communication skills in order to identify the needs of our clients (mainly via phone and email)
- who is eligible for setting goals and priorities wisely by managing his / her time efficiently
We need your help in:
- expansion of knowledge database for TSL industry by creating content rich texts and articles (also technical writing)
- responding to and resolving customer questions (mostly e-mail and telephone calls)
- identifying new areas of cooperation with TSL industry companies
- creation of the best solutions for users of our software
development and sustaining of outstanding relations with new and existing clients
