Adding email templates
Email signature template
- Select from menu settings > communicator tab EMAIL.
- In the Message signature template field, add a signature template (it will be visible in e-mail messages sent from the system).
- In the Available data to get section, you will find codes to get selected data.
- In the Preview section, you will see a preview of the created signature.
- Click save.
Email content template
- Select from menu settings > communicator tab TEMPLATES.
- Add a new template by clicking the + icon (ADD NEW) on the left above the table.
- In the content type field select the document type.
- Fill in the form.
- Click save.
Defined e-mail content templates will be available for selection in the e-mail sending form from billing or transport documents, in the template field.
