Adding email templates

Email signature template

  1. Select from menu settings > communicator tab EMAIL.
  2. In the Message signature template field, add a signature template (it will be visible in e-mail messages sent from the system).
  3. In the Available data to get section, you will find codes to get selected data.
  4. In the Preview section, you will see a preview of the created signature.
  5. Click save.

Email content template

  1. Select from menu settings > communicator tab TEMPLATES.
  2. Add a new template by clicking the + icon (ADD NEW) on the left above the table.
  3. In the content type field select the document type.
  4. Fill in the form.
  5. Click save.

Defined e-mail content templates will be available for selection in the e-mail sending form from billing or transport documents, in the template field.
