Adding overdue documents

To add overdue documents:

1. In the add*/edit** form:
   • fill in the field "number in series" with the correct number,
   • fill in the field "issue date" with the date according to the overdue document.
2. Click the "save" button.
3. Change the status of the document to assign a number (e.g. completed).
4. The system will automatically assign the right number.
